Thank You For An Outstanding CAEAA 2026 Conference In San Diego!

The 2026 CAEAA 29th State Conference in San Diego brought administrators together for facilitated, strategy-driven work focused on the key challenges and opportunities in K–12 adult education.

A major thank you to Assemblymember David Alvarez, and to our keynote and legislative update contributors, Dawn Koepke and Carolyn Zachry, for grounding the conference in current state and federal realities. We are also grateful to Frank Scarpaci for guiding an interactive process centered on practical, actionable outcomes. The work generated will help shape CAEAA’s direction and strengthen statewide advocacy for adult learners and the programs that serve them.
