Micah Goins
Director, Adult Career and Technical Education, Hacienda La Puente USD
Micah Goins has been the Director of Adult Career and Technical Education programs at Hacienda La Puente Adult Education (HLPAE) since July of 2018. He oversees the day-to-day operations of twenty-three separate career programs. Before that, he was an Administrator of Counseling Services at HLPAE in the HSE, ABE, ESL and HSD programs. He has also been a high school teacher, high school counselor, adult education counselor and adult financial aid counselor. He is currently the immediate Past-President of CCAE’s South Coast Section and encourages new administrators to get involved with adult education professional organizations for the networking and professional development opportunities.
