Neil Kelly has thirty years with state government; 13 years in adult education, and 17 years in workforce/career technical education. Those adult education years has been split between the California Department of Education, and the Chancellor’s Office. Neil has been part of AB104, the Adult Education Block Grant, and now the California Adult Education Program.
